A hands-on QA Manager/Test Manager is being sought by my Surrey based client, they currently operate a hybrid working model with 1 – 2 days per week in their office which is based near Dorking. This role will involve the line management of a team of 4 testers of varying experience levels and also being a ‘hands-on’ part of the test team as well.

My client is a leading light in their industry and are continuing to grow and unearth new business opportunities.

Alongside strong team lead/management experience, candidates will need to be proficient in the majority of the following tools:

Essential

• Writing automated tests using Gherkin/Specflow (minimum of three years)
• Testing Web Services

Advantageous

• Microsoft C#
• Selenium
• Agile/Scrum methodology
• Microsoft DevOps (Team Foundation Server) (or similar)
• GIT
